Worst place to get a car wash, 1 hour to wait to was 6 cars that's insane and its quality is so poor. You have no way out once you are in the line l. Better find another spot for car wash. Bad bad so bad .
I’m writing this review to help others who might encounter similar problems at this car wash. In short, this place is an absolute disappointment, both in terms of service and customer treatment. First, the equipment itself seems to be poorly maintained. The first time I visited, I purchased the Ultimate wash option, expecting a thorough cleaning. However, the upper washer wasn’t even rotating—an essential part of the wash cycle! When I brought this to the cashier’s attention, his response made it clear that they already knew about the issue. Yet, there was no sign at the kiosk to warn customers about the malfunction before purchasing. This is misleading at best and outright dishonest at worst. On my second visit, I gave them another chance, purchasing the Ultimate wash again. This time, the wash didn’t even start. I sat inside the wash station for about a minute, expecting it to begin, but nothing happened. I attempted to call the station multiple times, hoping someone would assist me, but no one responded. Left with no other choice, I exited my car and went inside to speak with the cashier. Instead of acknowledging the issue, the cashier insisted that the wash was working simply because the timer outside was running. How does that prove anything when my car was still covered in salt marks? Not only did he refuse to listen to me, but he also acted rudely and humiliated me in front of other customers, blaming me for holding up the line—as if it was my fault that their system failed! This was the last straw. Despite this location being the most convenient for me, I have never returned. The staff is unprofessional, the equipment is unreliable, and the customer service is outright dismissive. If you value your time and money, I strongly suggest avoiding this place.
Decent touchless car wash. To select a touchless wash, you first need to select the type/level of car wash you want. You do this using the touch screen at the entrance. AFTER you've selected the type of wash, it will give you the option of Touchless or not. Did an ok job for touchless. It's never going to get caked, dried on crud off you car, so if that is your expectation you are going to be disappointed. That kind of dirt will require some elbow grease to remove.
I've seen some reviews claiming the carwash isn't touchless, but that's inaccurate. The carwash offers both touchless and soft touch (roller brush) options. You just have to select your preference before entering.
Great car wash, horrible wait times. You see 4 or 5 cars and you think, great, 20 minutes at most. You pull behind the building and see 7 more cars. Then two other cars pull in behind you thinking the same thing and now you’re stuck for an hour and a half… There’s no way to tell how long the line is before committing yourself AND there is no way to exit the wash line either. The wash itself is fine.
BEWARE!! Worst car wash ever, didnt work.Got Stuck, took forever to get out of the car wash without my car getting washed and I could not get a refund!!
It was ok. The wash didn’t get all the salt off my car. The staff could be a bit more helpful, didn’t explain carwash options, I paid with my optimum points and they scammed me into lowest price option. Annoying.
