Should tell your employee to arrive to work on time. Opens at 8AM….he doesn’t arrive till about 5-10min later and then we all have to wait for him to set up. Cars piled up to get car wash… And he’s just on the phone the whole time.
First of all, there’s no customer service—no one answers the phone when you call. Most of the time, the place is closed even though the website shows it’s open.
Rough road and potholes upon entering the car hub. They need to inspect the surrounding, specially the conveyor for the wheel as i notice and inspect that the rail upon entering has chipped and rusty and leave my rim scratches all over my rim. The worst part earlier today, after the carwash got my wheel pinned with a bolt screw. While driving back home i noticed that there is something in my wheel, and shocked when i saw it. I address this to the owner to please inspect the surrounding with your crew every operational time, fix those potholes, and specially the car wash hub. I hope that i have something in return with this kind of issues. Thank you.
I had a fantastic experience here. The staff was friendly and professional, and they did an amazing job cleaning my car. The attention to detail was impressive, and my car looks brand new! The prices are reasonable too. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking to get their car sparkling clean! Especially, the weekend staff are amazing.
