Today we went to Carter to buy some clothes for our 17-month-old. While billing, the cashier (young girl) at the counter asked for my email to which I asked why the email was needed, she responded rudely by saying “ARE YOU GIVING IT OR NOT”. Me and my wife felt so bad. Worst customer service.
Great selection; so many cute items! Would like pricing to be lower than what it is .. many sale prices just seem like normal baby clothes pricing. But I do absolutely love Carter's! Only real issue is their snug fit and their Simple Joys line run too tight. My daughter is right where she's supposed to be, smack in the middle, and while she was still wearing 18 mths clothes for everything else, the 24 mth size Simple Joys pyjamas were too tight. Made it difficult to put them on her and she was not happy.
Bad customer services I ever seen, I exchanged two winter clothes for my sons in the morning. When I came back to my home I saw the pants doesn’t match the size with jacket usually the pants it comes with red colour but comes with grey colour. My brother went again to change the pants that lady on customer service refused the pants due to the pants from them I understand maight the pants didn’t belong this company but not my bad . Should double check their stuff. Repeatably I bought this goods from them and them treat me with bad experience customer services
A very, very bad experience from the reception and workers. I bought winter clothes for my child and the size was not suitable for my child, and when I went to exchange it, the exchange was not accepted on the pretext that they did not have these goods, even though I told them to look in your cameras, but they refused and insisted that they did not have these clothes. It is a very bad place. Very bad treatment and there is fraud on customers
Me and my sister went to purchase items at Carters located in 1900 Eglinton Ave East, Scarborough. There was a sign on the table for door busters deal. She took a photo of the sign for the cozy leggings price at $10. When scanned at the register, it came up as $12. My sister told the cashier about the sign. Cashier was willing to override the price as she is aware of the sign. However, another employee stepped in and told the cashier not to do it because $12 is the scanned price. She told that “employee” about their door buster sign and were told that I was lying to get discount. I showed her the photo that I took and brought her to the sign. She then said that it was for babies cozy leggings. Told her that the sign did not specify that and the area is not at the infant section. We were willing to pay the scanned amount. She said that they will take down the sign, which they didn’t. We came back after an hour to buy more items. CALLING A CUSTOMER A LIAR IS NOT ACCEPTABLE ESPECIALLY WITH THE PROOF FOR EVERYONE TO SEE.
The location is fine. Rating is for headquarters. I gave feedback that when you buy the matching sets, the leggings fade like crazy. They referred me to headquarters who offered me a refund though receipts were long discarded. THEY offered. I emailed tags and pictures. They said they never received it. Emailed them again! Again someone else says they never received them. If you don't want to refund, don't offer because I just wanted to give feedback. Horrible customer service. Hopefully they at the least listened to my feedback and use better dye for the pants or same as the tops. But they lost a customer. Be aware! Here is the email with the attachments they "couldn't see." Laughable
