I had a wonderful experience at OUAC Scarborough. I found a good condition Lovevery play gym for half the price!When the original customer passed on the item I was interested in, the staff went above and beyond by calling me back and even holding the item for me until the next day. Also found a brand new bed rail that same day?. The staff offered to help me bring it to the car as they were attentive to the fact that I had my hands full with my LO's. It's always a pleasant experience to shop at this location, but this particular time stood out to me. Magda, as well as all of the staff I have come across thus far are great at customer service and are just kind people. You can just tell what a great team these women are. They're happy to work, therefore they're happy to help. More of that? If there's one thing I want for these women, it's a raise.. in my humble opinion ofc? Highly recommend if you want a good find and a positive customer experience. I live in the Durham region, but I prefer this location because of their customer service and inventory. Best location by far!

Normally I find goodbyes but I found two pairs of boots one a size six and one a size 7 I showed them the difference in the price it was $2. I showed the lady she said there's nothing she could do because it came in on different days that really doesn't make sense for me because you're probably offered the people the same money for the boots also bought other stuff the three piece set is such a good deal it was $8 for two shirts and one pair of tights which is good the Nike track pants $2 very good the short set $3 very good but I'm just so confused on why they couldn't fix the price on these boots
This is my go-to place when getting clothing for my kids! I've shopped at other locations (Overlea, concord) and this one is my favourite for a few reasons: (1) quality of garments. They may be selective when buying clothing but for me this is a huge plus. My teenager never feels self-conscious like they're getting second-hand clothing, and my toddler's pants last a long time because the knees on the pants aren't worn thin, the seams aren't coming undone, etc. (2) cleanliness of the store itself. Shopping is a pleasant experience because everything is clean and organized. (3) broad selection. I always find whatever garment I'm looking for when I come here (4) friendly and helpful staff!
I had an amazing experience selling my items at this location. Their process for selling is smooth and well-organized. The staff is friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The location is convenient, and I’d highly recommend it to anyone!
Not good experience. I called before going, they said they were accepting anything. I brought in a used high chair, some clothes, coat, shoes, toys. When I arrive the girl said I have to assemble the high chair in a demanding tone. I said I didn’t expect I have to do it, and she said you have to due to liability issue. She could have explained the whole process nicely, instead of mandating. And I have to fill in a form giving out your full name, tel phone, email address, etc etc. Then she said it takes 2 hours to get back to me and they will send me a text. I received a text and I went back after work, they only took the new shoes (value at least $70), the highchair, and a few other items because they were overstock with winter clothing and offered me $26 with a few bucks to use instore. The whole experience and time to go back and forth doesn't worth $26. I would prefer to donate next time instead of asking for money
Great selection of gently used children's clothes for very affordable prices. This is the best location within Toronto, in my opinion. Staff are very friendly and helpful as well!
