Very satisfying experience specially with Sreethi, I hope I spelled her name right. She was so alert when she actually noticed me looking around in search of a blue school type cardigan- she helped me by ordering one online and also to get a winter jacket etc. It is indeed enticing to return to the store based on this one experience- occurred on November 19th 2025. A great selection of products. And most importantly fantastic customer service. Associate Jennifer was amazing helping me pick out a variety of clothes for my nephews and nieces. Made the shopping experience a great experience.
I love this brand. This branch as fairly large and you can find almost everything. Well, honestly there is nothing much for boys. :( The staff are super friendly and polite. I enjoy shopping here
Lots of parking.. just outside of Scarborough Town Centre. Large selection of new born clothes, regular priced and on sale. Not too expensive. Friendly and helpful staff
Great selection on newborn and baby clothes. They also have matching set, crib sheets, bibs, shoes and more. They usually have sales so best to shop when items are on sale.
Nice big location with lots of stock. The lady was very friendly in helping us. Carter's is a more expensive clothing store now for kids but they do have sales on all the time and sizes are easy to find.
I used to love carters like 4 years ago, it was always expensive than childrens place but i always preferred because of the quality, my kids used to wear their tees for a long time without any problem, but they have recently lowered the quality, one wash and tees go askew, faded, looking like rags….looks like they are competing with childrens place in bad quality but in double the price.
