Had a bad experience probably stood there for about five minutes before anyone took my order and when someone did take me order very bad mood hopefully they can change up the customer service and I might just return?
I found this cafe okay but I wouldn’t come back for anything matcha related. Their iced matcha latte was terrible, the quality of matcha was the issue. I did enjoy the outsourced bacon breakfast sandwich and my colleague enjoyed the hot mocha. The owners need to invest in simple paper bags, I ordered a few breakfast items and they did not have anything to carry them. I found that quite shocking in 2025.
This was my first time visiting after they newly renovated and let me just say, the vibe is beautiful! The cafe is stunning, so luxurious and inviting. I wish I had time to sit and dine in today but I will be back for sure. Drinks and pastries are always amazing, their butter tarts are from Circles and Squares so you know it’s 10/10. I saw they had a hot chocolate cookie which I will definitely be trying next time! The girls working are also so sweet and helpful. Got a cappuccino and a butter tart and paid $10.

Had a delicious iced Americano with oat milk made by a genuinely friendly and attentive barista (which honestly feels so rare these days!). Chill atmosphere with lots of natural light. Will return for sure to try the food!
I wanted to add to my original review, as today I stopped by for a latte (like I’ve been doing regularly) and met their newest employee, Daniel. Whoever is doing the hiring, at this awesome coffee shop, definitely has the magic touch because Daniel was just as awesome, super positive, and very sweet - just like all of their other employees. Today he also made me a great coffee (and I didn’t get one today, but I would highly recommend their lemon oat bars) I went here for the first time tonight and was instantly greeted by the friendliness people I’ve met in forever ! Alysha and Seth were not only SUPER energetic and incredibly helpful, but they were also just amazing humans making the world a happier place. I will ABSOLUTELY return !
I ordered vanilla latte, and it was really bad to taste. The cup seemed full of water with no taste of latte. Even my friend ordered drip coffee, and it was definitely not worth it for the money. I am not sure if they should repair the coffee machine. The ambiance was really good but not the latte. This place works for friends to catch up and study.
