absolute worst convenience store in Toronto. there is barely any selection of anything and everything is way over priced. i hope this convenience store goes out of business soon.
Refused to let me use the washroom. What annoys me is not that but that he was super rude and does not have good customer service skills. The barbershop owner next door was a gentleman.
I went and purchased a product(accidentally got the wrong one) went back not even 15 seconds later to ask if I could exchange. Unfortunately he was unprofessional with his response. While explaining why he couldn’t exchange it he gave a weird smirk almost as if I was stupid? There is nowhere that I could see in the store that specifies no exchange or return. If he had exchanged it for me he would’ve made more money cuz the product I already purchased was more than the thing I wanted. I wasn’t asking for change back… not going there again. A-1 is the one!
One of the most reliable convenience stores I've been to. Everything I need at one destination, also very friendly people helped me find what I was looking for. Will come back :)

Came here and got a couple things, had a very nice conversation with the owners. Super friendly, super nice. They welcome you when you come in and makes you feel at home.
Had a wonderful experience at the store the other day. Wasn't having my best day but a short conversation with the owner really improved my mood as a whole. The kind and warm aspects of the store environment will definitely have me returning
