I visited Markham Eglinton Dental Centre this morning and had a great experience. The staff were very friendly, professional, and welcoming. The dentist explained everything clearly and made me feel comfortable the whole time. The clinic was clean and well organized. I’m very happy with the service and highly recommend this dental centre.

They took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I was comfortable at every step. Their work on my teeth was excellent — the results look and feel great. My 6 year old son had his tooth extraction today, we had a traumatic experience. He was screaming in pain , he was saying that it's hurting him, I asked the Dr to check for pain, she dismissed his complaints and said kids say that because of fear I asked her to check again with him, he said he didn't feel pain where it didn't hurt him and said yes to where it was hurting him when she check for pain, even then Dr said he just scared . He screamed in pain . I am still traumatized and feel bad for not doing much to stop the doctor!. I learnt my lesson next time I will advocate my child better and trust him more.he has the most pain tolerance among my kids so if he said he was in pain then be was ,but unfortunately I got misguided by the doctor. Later on he told me that he felt bad because we didn't trust him and he said he did feel sharp pain. So doctor should have stopped for a while and managed the situation instead of just rushing us to see the next patient. I hope to find another dentist now who is more considerate with kids.
Got 3 wisdom teeth removed and the experience with Dr. Benjamin Ghotbi was absolutely pleasant! Used gas, they played nice soothing music and the procedure was done in about 45 minutes. Made what I thought would be a scary experience very easy.
Dr. Faizan Ahmed is a very intelligent doctor. He did a good job for my surgery for my wisom tooth and did filling for them. His assistant Zanish was also friendly and I felt no pain during the procedures. Thank you, the people working in this clinic are nice.

What a great bunch of people from the time you walk in the door to the time you are leaving you are very well taken care of! I have star hygienist and her name is Supreet! She does a great job on my teeth and always has educated suggestions on my teeth care, that are greatly appreciated! We are long time clients of this practice! This practice has a long history of doing charitable work in less fortunate countries in the world! My wife’s and her children have been long time patients! My wife was a grade 2 teacher at Pringdale Gardens P S and brought her class for an introduction to going to the dentist for many years at no cost to the school or children!
