Come here often usually gentleman helps Me, fast and efficient service . Today when I came there was 2 young ladies when I said hello NO ONE greeted me bask or even ask to help me . One was talking on the phone another one was sitting down . I politely asked to check if they received my email to print she said no . Mind me I’m the only customer I was standing alone in empty office and nobody ask why like seriously. During my stay I seen my email popping out on computer but those 2 ladies were too busy talking to each other , when I said to check my mail she rolled her eyes on me . I will never return back Please hire people who can say hi back to customer it’s absolutely ridiculous we in Canada

I had use their services before for printing at a very reasonable rate, so I went back to scan some documents. I gave the man running the shop a 12-15 page document to scan. Took him about 5 min. He did not quote me the price, but I figured it would be around the same price as printing. When he finished he quoted me THIRTY THREE DOLLARS. YES YOU HEARD THAT RIGHT $33. Price gouging at its finest.
Visited this location for the first time today, wasn't sure what to expect as I had sent them an email the day before and never received any response. When you enter there is two computers and a sign stating their will be a fee to use the computers. They also have two photo machines to print out photos and make various sizes. I needed to get some items printed, and when speaking with the person in the store, she asked if I would like to send them to her via email to print, which was very convenient as it was the exact service I was looking for. I'm not sure what the computer fees or other service fees would be, but for printing it was 0.35¢ per paper. I printed 10 copies of a document that was 3 pages long per copy, the total was $10.50, each of the copies was individually stapled and everything looked great. No other customers were there at the time, the service/process was very easy and quick, it did not even take a full 5 minutes to get everything done. I would recommend this place as it's nice to have more local options, and the prices are reasonable. I definitely plan to be back for my printing and photo needs.
I went to print 28 pages, I paid $9 and honestly I think that’s a decent price. It’s $0.35 cents per page. And it was so quick. I walked in there was one person in front of me, I sent my documents them and it was printed so fast. The service was amazing.
It's a quiet and tidy place. Usually it has low traffic and the lady working there is friendly and polite. You can use one of the computers if you don't have internet to access your files on your phone
Never open on time... they lose alot of client's that wait for them to open and then leave because they cant wait any longer. I've been about 4 times get there at opening hours which is 9am and they have never been open I've had to wait 20 to 1 hour at times. And have to leave myself. Very disappointing because I want to support. When they are open they are helpful and knowledgeable.
