I had a very pleasant experience with the staff at this location. Lisette and Siamat were a great help when I needed to get a job done on a tight deadline, they were very responsive and were happy to answer all my questions with clear answers. The quality of the work was also very good, you can tell everyone here cares about providing the best! No complaints!
Super fast response time and even quicker production. Couldn't be more impressed, will definitely be back for any other printing needs. Got stickers printed and guided through the process of selection. Also a poster. All look great too! Thank you!
My client tried asking a quote and whoever manages their email was extremely unprofessional and rude, John or something, didn't know asking simple questions weren't allowed, people already know there're extra setup fees which is why they are asking for what is required for files, overpriced and overrated, you're better off with a smaller print shop, I'd give negative stars if possible.
Very unprofessional people, can’t do business with them, Manger is never there. Staff has no knowledge and very unprofessional. Don’t waste your time and money there they just give you run around.
I had several signs done at different times this summer (2017). Their service was always friendly and professional. They were always ready on time (or early). I just wish they were open Saturdays! Last time I compared a few years ago, they were about 10% more expensive than an individual operator down the street. But I feel the extra cost buys confidence. I feel safe that they will deliver quality on time.
We ordered anniversary invitations and we couldn't be happier with the results. The service was excellent, done very quickly...next day as our order was a bit more detailed. The price was reasonable, everything we wanted. Stephanie was amazing, helpful, friendly and made suggestions we didn't think of, great ideas. We would highly recommend this business.
