I purchased 30 LED lights from them, and they were not functioning well, i told them to replace it, they once told me the whole unit needs to replace and for that, electrician is required, i got that out, and asked if they can replace at new location. It was yes initially, and now when i went there, they said no, you need to go to the old location only. I called them and asked for replacement and started a new story to make an order and give you a call in 4 days. I called them after 16 days, and they still rant the same that i need to go to 48 km away and get a replacement done.

I am a contractor I bought what was supposed to be 26 meters of 6/3 wire I didn't get around to use it because of the weather but today I opened the roll and put it through my conduit and it turned out to be too short I measured the wire it was 3 meters short so I called them and they said it could not be their mistake now I am stuck with a wire I can not use
I'm a contractor. Bought about 30-40 kidde smokes from them. Came to buy 18 more today and had 2 faulty ones from previous purchase (well under 1yr). They told me to deal with the manuf. and wouldn't help. I'd rather pay the $5 more per unit from the electrical wholesaler and have some support with recent purchase rather than the 'best price' and good luck with what you bought when you walk out the door. So for the best price this place is good. For any help with a defective item (within very reasonable timeline if any) you're on your own.
