Always an excellent experience at S &S. Been there a few times over the past 2 years and Chris and Nars always provide service to my satisfaction. What I truly appreciate is that thy are very knowledgeable and experienced which is very important to me. I find them to be honest, trustworthy, very personableandapproachable. Whether it is an installation or troubleshooting to fix a problem, they spend the time to get to the solution. They also charge you fairly which I appreciate. I recommend them unreservedly and without any hesitation
I went to S&S Electronics Inc. yesterday with my Santa Fe to get the rear backup camera replaced. I had brought a camera I purchased from Amazon, but during installation, we realized it wasn’t compatible. The team at S&S was super helpful, they quickly helped me find a compatible replacement on the spot and got it installed right away. Great service, knowledgeable staff, and a smooth overall experience. Highly recommend :)

One of my motorized rechargeable somfy blinds stopped charging. I noticed that in the charging port (micro jst 2.0, 3 pin) had 2 of the pins broken. A new port would need to be soldered onto the circuit board. They were not sure where they would get the port from so I gave them a $15 extension cable they can remove the port from to put it on the circuit board. They charged $60 to replace the port and they called me 4 hours after dropping off sauing it was ready. So overall the repair cost me $75. I found $60 a bit expensive as I was quoted $40 from another shop but it was in mississauga and not worth my time. Popped the blinds back into place, charged them overnight, and they are working great. Would recommend S&S!
I had my one Audison amplifier AV5.1K fixed twice there because it was not fixed the first time. It took months for them to get parts and the second time I get it back it only worked for a week and now it's doing the same thing again. Now I'm told warranty is only 90 days and they can't help me. Total scam.
Lots of their clients end up bringing their equip to me to "re-repair" they charge alot and do not give back old parts as to what they say they replaced!! Shaddy business. Needs a negative star!!
