It took less than 2 minutes on the phone with Janet to have all my questions answered about bringing in my item to be engraved. Dave did an impeccable job matching the font to another item I had on hand. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
I will definitely be coming back here for any and all of my engraving needs!! I wanted 2 pairs of earrings engraved for a loved one and the size of the workable area posed a challenge to many of the other places I reached out to, but Dave took on the jobs and produced fantastic results at an amazing price. I’m unbelievably happy with how they turned out and it continues to bring a smile to the recipient’s face. The receptionist is also very friendly. This place takes me 1.5 hours to commute to but I wouldn’t go anywhere else; service, professionalism and attitude are top notch!!

They did a wow service for the consulate General of Bangladesh. We found them very professional and experienced specially Janet was awesome lady. She helped us at that point when we wanted urgent work and non other company wants to do urgent work for us within Two weeks. But Janet took it as a challenge and made our plaque within that time period. We wish them all the very best.
Needed an object engraved in Cyrillic text which apparently not many engravers in Toronto do. The staff are very experienced and knowledgeable and they gave me suggestions for what I wanted engraved. The final engraving turned out to be better than I could have hoped for. Also, Janet was kind and helpful.
