The WORST SERVICE IN THE WORLD. HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT for such a tiny kiosk and man. The owner told me 1$ per letter, but forgot to mention about the 45$ set up fee... he also got offended that the 50$ engravement ONLY was the size of my HALF my finger... to the point he SCREAMED AT ME in the mall and called me names .. cuz I wasnt educated in The engravement field. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE. DO NOT LET HIM TELL YOU THIS REVIEW IS A LIE. Even the security guards in the mall DID NOT kiCK ME OUT THE MALL..cuz apparently I wasnt the first or last to go thru this.They understood clearly. I PROMISE U. DO NOT SPEND A PENNY HERE.
I brought in a Metal cowbell to have engraved with a personal signature to be added. They did a great job and it was ready in under 2 hours due to the complexity. Will definitely go back!!
Wanted $35.oo +tax for 3 letters engraved into leather that he wouldn't guarantee because he didn't have the "same sample" .. Buying leather stamping kit is about half the price and you own the tools after. Friendly enough but felt like I was profiled for the pricing (?)
Got a pen engraved from here, excellent service. Tommy is a great guy helped us out select the font and took excellent care of us. Love the end product, will definetely recommend for anyone looking to get pens and pens engraved. I saw he has so many other products too.
Absolutely horrible quailty. I had a picture engraved on a keychain about a month ago... and the picture is already faded and barely visible... Do yourself a favour and go somewhere else. Owner is extremely rude and dismissive. Paid $120 theres some text on the back
