The staff were helpful. Food was Okay. Some seats were broken. Order stands do not accept card payments (they're kind of broken). Toilets could be cleaned more often.
On Friday September 18 my family and I went through the drive thru; when asking about the 2 for $5 the employee raised her voice and yelled over the microphone, when calling her out on her tone and requesting to speak to a supervisor she claimed that it was her; when requesting to speak to a manager she also claimed it was her and out of spite she gave my daughter the wrong order; we had ordered a kids nuggets and she gave a plain burger instead and didn’t have the decency to apologize for her behaviour; the employees name is Angelie ( I am not sure if her name is spelt right because she didn’t bother to approach me after the incident.

Manager Patrick with no name tag(Short Indian Gentlemen with glasses was so RUDE and LOUD. He made me do a survey and told me he was going to honor me a burger as my son and daughter bought small drink and fries and other bought a meal. He started to raise his voice at me and was so RUDE. I asked him for a pen to take his name down, he said that they don't use pens at burger king. This Manager needs to learn how to speak to customers and be professional. I never in my life had a manager spoke to me like this. And he did not even had a name tag. He needs to be spoken and trained how to deal with paying customers.
The lady who was assisting with our order was very rude and seemed did not wanted to help us. Asked us to pay extra for the condiments with the burger. Visited on aug 3rd 1.35pm whoever the manager is please teach them to respect the customers and assist them in a friendly manner. We are not asking help just for fun. At least tell them answer the 2 questions we had respectfully. First time experiencing this type of behavior when we have been loyal customers for months.
⭐☆☆☆☆ Disappointing Experience — Twice! I ordered pancakes from Burger King on a Monday morning between 9 to 10 a.m., and to my surprise, they were served in a burger box. Just imagine trying to eat pancakes like that — no proper packaging, no syrup, nothing. This is the second time this has happened, and it’s honestly frustrating. Morning orders should be handled with more care. Totally disappointed.
It is unacceptable for staff to come to work sick, even if they are wearing masks. If you're feeling unwell, stay home—especially in the food industry. I refused to place my order when I noticed that the server was sick. This behavior needs to change for everyone's safety.
