We had a very short time to order and install new flooring while my mom was away after her apartment was flooded. Gábor handled everything perfectly, from ordering to delivery and made the whole process completely stress-free for us. The installation team was amazing! I recently contacted Unique flooring to repair a section of water damaged hardwood flooring in my home. They responded quickly to my call, gave me detailed information about how they would repair the floor and provided a competitive estimate. I was pleased to learn that they use a "green"product called Bona Traffic HD wood floor finish. They took great care to protect my home from sawdust and foot traffic. They even came on a holiday Monday to replace the furniture. Their work was excellent and the repaired floor looks absolutely beautiful. I have only great things to say about this company.
I hired Unique flooring to supply and install my flooring materials and baseboards for my own home. From the beginning, Monika and Gabor were kind and knowledgeable, helping us to find the floor material that suited our needs. The entire purchasing process was wonderful and stress free. They took our budget and worked around it to provide us with the beautiful flooring we wanted, and a reasonable price. The experience was very personalized and small gestures like making a coffee for us was very kind. When it came time to install, their install team was just as kind and professional. Hammad was excellent in workmanship as well as reaching out for any questions. Overall was a wonderful experience that was worth every dollar. 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking for good people selling good products that install and back with their warranty. My experience with laying my floor has been excellent. In a word, Yolande. This courteous, warm, knowledgeable assistant guided me through the process start to finish, helping me choose the perfect sample for my room, advising how best to go about preparing for the process and detailing every aspect of this adventure and what to expect. She held my hand throughout so to speak and now I have a perfect floor in what i refer to as my Yolande room! She made what can be a disruptive exercise manageable, even exciting. I wish all such renovations could be so "flawless"...pardon the pun. Thank you Yolande!
