The food is absolutely amazing. Ten stars! I've been visiting this restaurant a few times now, and it's not talked about enough. Since I've been here, it's the closest I've had to the authentic Jamaican food I'm used to back home. It's like the chef imported his own seasonings from home.
The serving was a full container! Tasted excellent. We did have a problem but the chef resolved it to our satisfaction. It’s a smaller location so not much “atmosphere” options. Food a bit expensive but overall very satisfied.
There's the sweetest lady running it today, and the food was delicious! Even if you're not a coleslaw person, try this one. It's just a little tub, and it's the best!
I went in to get stew peas for dinner and saw that they had my other favorite red peas soup! I decided to get that. The lady behind the counter and I started to talk for a bit. By the end of our transaction she gave me a container of stew peas. I asked her how much and she said it's ok , take it. I offered to pay and yet again she said no. I left there feeling so blessed. Thank you Marie for that gesture made my day. We all know how expensive food can be no matter the cuisine. The customer service was excellent and I just had my soup and a bit of the stew peas. Absolutely delicious. Let's please support this business as it's hard to find great food and excellent customer service. Again thank you Marie!
Unexpectedly amazing food with bold spice options! The goat head soup is absolutely top notch. Service is friendly, and the overall vibe is great. Seating could use some improvement, but this place is seriously underrated. A hidden gem worth checking out!
Very clean, csr was very polite. Oxtail and Curry goat so taste, my favorite spot in Scarborough. Nuff food, worth the price. DELICIOUS REAL JAMAICAN FOOD. MEAT WELL SEASON.
I was there a few weeks back and I Peas and rice with jerk chicken and a serving jerk pork. I was so disappointed I had to trow it away. The rice had no taste, the chicken was all smash up as well as the pork. What a waste of money. I will never go back there every.
