We had a emo themed birthday celebration on the weekend and we picked the evening slot (8pm-3am). My friends and I had a great time singing, dancing and snacking. The staff was very accomodating, friendly and helpful. They also gave us a nice treat from the house which was a very sweet touch :). We had a lot of fun memories. Highly recommended for friend-get-together. We will defenitely comback to try some of their other snacks as it was sold out.
Such a vibrant and colourful atmosphere, felt very euphoric. It’s really loud and has a lot of neon lights inside the whole building. A little over-priced but you are paying for the ambiance.
Just love the service, waitress is very patient. Food just way too salty and most of them are in the same flavor. Mostly, the advertisement said it’s 15.99 per person for happy hours but after we check out I found that this store add additional 40 dollars service fee, I didn’t expect this kind of charges, we pay tips for the waitress for her service but what is this fee for? Just very strange and confusing, will never come again.
Seems like other people have the same issue on pricing transparency. They gave my group an hourly rate of $40 before going in, and as we went to pay before the hour was up, they tried to convince us that they told us the price they gave us was $45 an hour. On top of that, the bill was entirely in Chinese and we weren't told of the automatic service fee, so the bill ended up being $30 more than expected, even when back-calculated including a double tip gratuity.
I can’t say much about food because I didn’t order any But the English song selection is pretty limited here and the machine to select songs doesn’t work very well However the Chinese song selection seems fine The microphones were pretty bad But the workers here were pretty nice and the room lights are really cool! Overall I wouldn’t suggest coming here if you want to sing English songs
It was a fun atmosphere, but no transparency on fees. We asked for an hour and they rounded us an hour and a half so we ended up paying more plus an mandatory 18% service when we didn’t even get drinks.
Service tip included and default is 18%. Nice service and equipment; just not happy about mandatory tip include when there’s no inform before checking up the price.
