I think this place is quite good. The sound system is nice and the happy hour is affordable since the price is the same for the entire duration (I usually go from 2pm-8pm) and you get one free drink. But the system is definitely easier for people who know Chinese, which is fine for me. English songs can be found as well, but it requires a bit more effort. The rooms don’t smell like cigarettes anymore, so do give it a try!
I was really worried about the reviews about them overcharging but they charged exactly as they said. I was skeptical of the happy hour being $25 per person for the whole time till 9pm. We started at 5:30pm and ended 9pm they even knocked to remind. Thanks for the fun! Will come again, gave extra tip.
Food was pretty good, and service was efficient. All it took was ringing a bell and an employee was quick to help or take our order. The interface for the equipment can be a bit confusing as it is partially in Mandarin Chinese. I recommend having atleast one mandarin speaking and reading member in the group to make for a great experience, but google translate might work too. Overall very fun and worth the money!
pretty good me and my friends had a fun time, will say they can do better with having a representative at the front to book the rooms, the room was a bit cramped but still pretty good and food is also good :) ✨✨
Non functional AC and possibly one of the worst karaoke interfaces I’ve seen in recent memory. I guess the second hand smoke gives it a nostalgic feel? Service was entirely unavailable for a lengthy period. On the upside the lighting and decor is cool, and the song selection seems fine.
I left a review over a year ago, 1/5 stars for a few reasons. -They prioritized Chinese speakers and were rude too non Chinese. -The song selection was low, and glitcy or played the wrong song. -They didnt know how to make drinks, charged you extra, and often times lied about the menu being "old" and just upcharging whatever. SO, I WENT BACK A YEAR LATER. They dont serve alcohol anymore, looks like they lost their license or something. They're up front about the cost, they didnt try to upcharge me (this time) Rooms are $25 instead of $16 per person. (Not a big deal) (you can go 2pm-9pm) They still dont always answer the phone, I had to call 3 times to book, they dont call you back either. The staff this time was much friendlier. (Almost like they were trying to compensate for previous behaviors) but they were still nice and willing to show us how to use the app menu (which we were never shown before, and had to figure out) Food is still not good, and they have even less of it now. That popcorn chicken is just a box of Janes you can get at your local grocery store, but I suppose the price isn't bad for it. Honestly, there are better KTV out there, but there are much MUCH worse KTV too, and some how losing their liquor license, they stepped up their game. I'm hoping they can turn around cause now, I might come back.
The place reeks of cigarette smell, no fan inside the rooms. The floor is very sticky, I can't imagine the dirt that has been accumulated. Just grosssss, never going back to this place.
