Not sure about some of the old 1 start reviews but I ordered an all clad fry pan with lid online. there was an issue with the price moving around so I called the store. They determine they were in the midst of making adjustments BUT they honoured the price, I got a 10% first time online discount, they were very polite and even gave me time to place the order....I got it the next day. Impressive! Thanks Kitchensmart.
Kitchensmart send me a damaged kettle, which I did not notice until I went to use it for the first time. They provided no help or recourse and brushed me off to the manufacturer instead of taking care of it themselves. Wouldn’t pick anything up from this place if customer service is at all a priority for you.
Kitchensmart has really great pricing. We were shopping for an AllClad waffle iron and found that the every day price at Kitchensmart was lower than the same item on sale at wayfair and a few other places. It did take a while to arrive, so I would recommend calling customer service to check if the item you want is in stock if time lines are important. I have made a few calls over the last months and always received the help I needed. Franca especially went over and above to resolve an issue. Overall I definitely recommend the company, just call first before completing your order.
