I was very excited to purchase my pot at a cottage show in 2023 since I'd been eyeing cookware for a while. I did everything per directions at homeshow, and yet, after a couple of months, the "teflon" coating started to come apart. I sent them an email and a picture of my pot and my bill. They asked if I could bring it back to their store (which I did because I'm retired and didn't mind the 1 hr drive). They very graciously agreed and replaced it with a new pot. Hopefully, this one will last longer than 2 years. Just a warning: I have had "Lifetime" stainless steel cookware for 50 years and never had a problem with it-----easy to keep clean and shiny. I personally think the care and "babysitting" needed for this expensive titanium cookware is excessive, however, I do love the actual pot and it's effectiveness and efficiency. I also appreciate the staff's respect, service and diligence.
Worth every penny! As someone in the culinary industry, you get what you pay for when it comes to cookware. I explained to Ali what i was looking for in my new kitchen and he was able to put together a custom set for me that works flawlessly for my family and I. to my surprise, they hand delivered my set to me. thank you Ali!!!

Worth the money--I love cooking with cast iron, but I don't love scraping the food off, keeping it from rusting ... cooks great, clean up is a pain. These pots are the answer. The cooking is incredibly even, gives all my food the perfect consistency and cleans off without flaking. I have had mine for several years and have slowly built a collection. I have a heavy, expensive stainless steel set as well, but find myself reaching for these. I wish I would not have invested in the stainless steel and will probably offload them to a starving college student. These titanium pots are mine for life! They give me a better result and less hassle to clean. I broke a lid recently and had to order another lid not listed on the website--Ali was super helpful! I really appreciate a company who stands behind their products! These are worth the money. Buy one set--skip the stainless. If you only buy one piece, get the Wok. Best ever purchase.
I have had my Titanium pots and pans for nearly 30 years and I am still happy with them! I haven’t found any other type of pan that matches up to the quality The lids enhance and shorten the cooking. The food cooks evenly and retains heat afterwards. It is flavourful and remains moist. I’ve tried other materials like stainless steel/enamel/ceramic and found that I have to add water to prevent sticking and the food becoming dry. But with these pans, no added water is needed to cook or to prevent sticking. All my cookware is from this company, Titanium Exclusive. I can’t get myself to use anything else. Top-quality and longevity guaranteed!
Best products I've ever used. if you maintain the product it can last a life time. They give a 20 year warranty but its unlikely that you'll need it if you clean the pots/pans properly. Been using these products for a few years now and no sticking at all. Highly recommend! :)
I rarely buy compulsively but did so at the 2020 Toronto Home show. 1. Eggs will not slide off these frying pans as they demonstrate. They stick. The trick is they show you how cheese does not stick first and then they use a towel to wipe the cheese residual off leaving a coating of fat on the pan. Then the eggs cook and slide off. I must wipe the pan with a thin layer of oil to get the non stick performance they claim. 2. I was told a 25 year warranty at the show. The actual 20 year prorated warranty is a joke for pans of this price and claimed German quality. My fault for not walking away and doing my due diligence. Otherwise the pans and pots have performed well but I do not expect them to last nor would I have bought them if I did my homework first.
