I was having very poor sleep for more than half a year and was looking for a new mattress. I stopped by Mattress Mall and was pleasantly surprised by Matt's professionalism and genuine care for his customers. He didn't make me feel rushed or pressured to get a specific mattress but gave me space to try out the ones he recommended based on what I told him I was looking for. After buying a mattress from him and sleeping on the first one for 2-3 days, I noticed the one I chose was too soft for me. I was stressed that I couldn't return or exchange the mattress for a different one because I had already slept on it, but Matt was very understanding and allowed an exchange for a firmer mattress. He even did the second delivery personally himself! Since then, my sleep has greatly improved and I am very grateful for his service. I would highly recommend this mattress place over Sleep Country or The Brick as it's a family business and the employer is very kind, patient, and understanding to his customers. The price for the mattress includes free delivery as well!

We went to the brick thinking they would have more of a selection NO !! The selection , expertise and service is unmatchable by Matt and in this family owned business better pricing and received a free gift sheet set with platform bed and new mattress purchase , they delivered installed and maintenance serviced after purchase customer satisfaction guaranteed from their family to yours best place to stop in browse and purchase you won’t want to go anywhere else and trust me I’ve been to the other location nearby on that strip over the years and won’t go anywhere else now. Had an excellent experience finding the perfect mattress here. The owner was extremely knowledgeable, honest and wasn’t pushy to make a sale. I shopped around to a few other stores before visiting Mattress Mall and found that the prices here were the best. Plus complimentary same day shipping was a major bonus.
