I purchased a few mattresses from this place before and I came back again for 2 mattresses for my kids. I don't know the name of the person who sold me the mattresses but he is a really kind and helpful guy, we were checking some options and he didn't offer us want will give him more profit, instead he advised an option that will work for my kids and was budget friendly. He delivered it on time to my place early morning.
I had the worst customer service experience I’ve ever encountered with this store. I purchased two mattresses that were sold to me with a 10-year warranty. Within just a few months, one mattress lost its shape completely. They replaced it, but the replacement was even worse — it tilted to one side whenever someone lay on it. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt and waited, but within about two years both mattresses became unusable. What made the situation worse was the service. The store kept delaying, and every time I reached out, I was given a different excuse or told to contact someone else. They even directed me to the supplier, who clearly stated they only deal with retailers — not customers. After almost two months of calling and emailing, the store still hasn’t taken responsibility or followed up. The person at the shop simply said he “just works here” and couldn’t help. If a business advertises a 10-year warranty, they should honor it. Instead, I’ve been left with two damaged mattresses and no support. Extremely disappointing and unprofessional experience. I would not recommend buying from here.
SCAMMERS ALERT, Don’t come here if you don’t want to get scammed by these scammers. If you ask on phone, they will give you a different price and when you walk in they offer you same thing at double prize and very rude customer service. These type of people don’t deserve any business to be honest. Zero customer service, zero respect for customers, and moreover when you paying, they ask for tips even when we are picking our own furniture.
If I could give 0 stars, I would. Absolutely the WORST customer service I’ve ever experienced. The staff act overly friendly at first, but it’s all a front, completely deceiving. Once they have your money, they disappear. No follow-ups, no accountability, and zero professionalism. I genuinely felt manipulated throughout the entire process. Do yourself a favour and stay far away from Mattresses & More. There’s nothing “more” here…except regret.
The worst place to buy your furniture and more, they only have very cheap products, I bought a king size bed and mattress, within 5 days bed’s legs were broken middle of the night, so I removed the mattress to see, 2 middle support legs were broken and other 2 legs were not fixed in a proper way, I paid extra $50 for the installation, next day morning I contacted them and send them the pictures of the broken legs, after 2 days someone replied me and said, gonna send someone to fix it, after that 3 days no one showed up, when I call or text no response, After 3 days a guy showed up and said need to change the legs, but he didn’t bring any tools or extra legs to fix, and he called someone they said tomorrow at 12 pm I’m gonna send someone. 12 pm passed I got a message saying 5pm, 5 pm passed I called and texted no reply for hours and received a text 7.30pn to 9pm, these all are lies, Please people don’t get screwed yourselves like me. This place is not professional at all, I would give 0 star for this place but no options for that. I spent money and sleeping on the floor for last couple of days. I’m gonna make a complaint at consumer courts. They need a good lesson. There’s a guy works here call Johnson, he is not professional at all.
A great store with fantastic prices for furniture. The owner was very helpful and kind and helped me and my fiancé find a really nice mattress. Plus there's a wide selection of other furniture too. Definitely worth checking out.
I was there at 11 but store was still not opened and I called the owner and he was like it will take more 20 mins to open the store. Like com-on man you are suppose to open the store at 11. Thats not how you do business.!!!!!!!!♂️
