I've been coming to this shop for many years, and they are now my ONLY go-to shop. They are honest, do excellent work, and are worth the price of admission; you can rest assured that your bike is going to be well taken care of. If you're looking for a cheap place just to "get it going", this isn't the place for you. If you want excellent technical service, super polite and accurate manners, this is the place for you!

They had me wait for 1 hour , all I needed was a inner tube install , it's not like they had to take my wheel off bike , I had it off already , Then they said they couldn't do it because of spacing issues , wow, then I brought it back home , and did it myself, , with no issues , i thought this was a professional bike Shop ,, what a waste of my precious time .. little bike shop, need some help on customer service...
Rang them in the fall of 2022 to have a new rear tire fitted to my 750 Nighthawk they told me it's hard to get tires at the end of the season but they had a Harley Davidson tire that would fit I said no thanks I will look in the spring. Rang in the spring of 2023 and they said they will get me a tire so I go and have it fitted and when I get home I seen its the Harley tire with big Harley Davidson written on the tire and makes my bike ugly. So I ring and he denied he was talking to me in 2022 but said he would get the proper tire and ring me but he never did. If they want to me liers they need to have a good memory. I would not go back even for the proper tire and risk having my show bike mistreated again.
I would like to thank Peter and his experienced motorcycle maintenance staff of mechanics for all their extraordinary valuable service which they performed to restore my little 1989 Kawasaki 454LTD back to pristine beauty. I was able to locate a place in Cambridge to send some of my OG chrome components to get revitalized and "shiny" like new, which had to be removed so I could send them out, upon receiving the newly re-chromed OG components, they were able to reattach them on the bike. The engine remains strong, and the bike looks like rolled off the showroom floor.
