I’m actually amazed that this place is able to stay in business. It’s very rare to encounter such a rude attitude from a small business. They must really hate having customers.
Great experience getting Progressive suspension on my Softail. Prices reasonable and work was done in less then a week. Friendly environment and thanks to the Technician working on my bike for finding some problems and correcting them! Also, Thanks Tony
Nice place...got referred there by a long time customer. Called in the morning came at 1...went for some food and a smoke...before 3 my bike was ready. Full service...3 hole HD oil change and a check through. Happy Camper...if I need a mechanic I will definitely come back.
I got charged 700 dollars for an inspection and a safety, and when I called Tony instead of explaining things to me he yelled at me about how long he’s been in business. Charged me $125 to put 2 bolts into my rear fender because it was “loose”, $180 to put new tubes in the tires, and $125 for a brake fluid flush, which I told him I had done beforehand and he didn’t have to do. Charged me 125 to check my head bearings (takes 2-3 minutes to do for the inspection).
The best independent motorcycle shop in the metro Toronto area. If you have a Harley and dont want to deal with a dealership then this is the place for you. 5 star service and knowledge.
Took my bike there to change my front tires after riding on the highway the bike would shake when I reached speed of 160km. Took it to another mechanic he told me the tire was not balanced and there was no weights on them.
Steve installed a pair of hard saddlebags for me on very short notice. They were a “universal fit” which really means don’t fit anything properly. He modified the mounting hardware so it fit my bike and looks great. They take their time and do things right. Second Review: Went in for my end of season oil change this week. Was told it would be an hour and the work was finished within the hour as promised. Same price it has been for the last 3 years... excellent service as usual.
