Mr. Kamal is incredibly friendly, and the care they give to my vehicles is top-notch. Kamal inspected my car and told me what has to be done. He is very knowledgeable, and goes above and beyond to ensure I'm satisfied with the service. The rates are very reasonable, and the quality of work is exceptional. . Their expertise and attention to detail are unmatched, and I appreciate the transparency and communication they provide throughout the repair process. I personally wrote this review for the owner of this shop. I had to come back three times after he so called "fixed the exhaust leak" even though the job was paid for, he blamed it on another pipe and said he won't look at it because it's not his fault. I later had it checked by a mechanic where I confirmed it was the same pipe he welded. Very poor customer service skills, expects to be tipped after paying for the service he quoted. Gets furious if you ask for a better deal. Overall just a really bad experience. I wouldn't go there even if it's free. I also feel bad for the apprentice there, he gets treated very poorly.
I paid $280 + labor + tax for a new catalytic convertor that is supposed " to meet California regulations" . It did not last 12 months. I went back twice and the shop owner would try to blame it on anything but his poor quality. convertor. I checked with 3 Mechanics and they all associated the warning light with the catalytic convertor.

This is definitely one of the the best, if not THE best, auto service I have ever experienced. The owner knew I drove 3 hours to get a new exhaust system custom built. He greeted me warmly and begin work asap. Hard to believe he finished so quickly but, he did a great job and my car runs more quietly than ever! I can totally recommend Canada Custom Muffler!?
Rude, no customer service, no Canadian values,no respect for a honest ed paying with his hard earned money!!!!! Prices are ok but if i have to pay 20 30 bucks but keep my dignity and respect intact ill go elsewhere!!!!!!!!!!
