Very bad experience, good luck if you are in a hurry. I ordered a muffler and paid extra for the expess shipment $75 that said 1 to 2 busines days, after 3 days I get a expected delivery date of 2 weeks!! and the next day went down to 8 days... I called them to see whats going on and they asked me for some time to figure it out, after 24 hr no body call me back. I did call back and they told me they already cancel the shipment, now that it was way closer to get it, and no body call me to let me know!! I'm so upset with the outcom of this matter, I have my client's car for a week now in my shop, no muffler and I have to order somewhere else, so disappointed... I'm now waiting for a full refund I hope they can handle it.
I received my complete exhaust kit from Global Muffler and, honestly, I’m disappointed. The kit looks like it was put together quickly, with very little attention to detail. The finish is not good at all—rough welds, poor fitment, and an overall impression of a rushed, low-quality product. I expected something better built and more refined, especially for a full exhaust system. At this point, I can’t recommend this product, especially for anyone looking for quality and proper fitment.
Got a good price on a Y pipe and was able to pick up the part within a couple of days. Installed today and the mechanic says it was a good fit. Would order from them again!
Ive bern shopping around for a specific exhaust piece for my car for several weeks now. Global muffler came up in a google search so I decided to check them out. They were way cheaper than any of the other sources for new exhaust parts i had found. I had plans to travel through Toronto from Ottawa. All it took was a quick call to verify that my piece was in stock and I made plans to pick it up. When I got there I was happy to see them fabricating everything on site with as much canadian sourced materials as possible. I was in and out in about 5 minutes. Looking forward to swapping out the piece and having a much quieter car. They kept me on schedule for my business trip and got me exactly what I asked for when I needed it. Thanks to the staff and owner.
Great workmanship, great staff. They helped me out big time making me a flex repair pipe. I will definitely be using them again for any of my exhaust replacements
I’ve been having the hardest time trying to receive a refund for a part I ordered from them off eBay. I was told they will get in touch with there eBay seller and call me back. So far no one has called me back. Then one person told me “global muffler does not exist” The first time I called the women had a bad attitude, the second and third time I called the men had attitudes.. I will never try to order anything from this place again. I recommended them to 8 different people before I had such a horrible experience with them.
