I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone. All of the staff members were super friendly and accommodating! A special thank you to Dr. Dharmine, who was very knowledgeable and genuinely cared for her patients.
The place is terrible, and I will not be returning. The front desk staff, especially the lady at reception, was extremely rude and acted in a dominating manner, as if everyone else were beneath her. The doctors also seemed more focused on pushing their own products rather than genuinely helping patients. I was really disappointed with the way she treated the people waiting—it was unprofessional and very disrespectful.
The place is good but the old lady who is the front staff is very rude and dominating as if she is the boss of the place and everyone else is her servant. Other than the front lady staff other employees were good and kind. Really disappointed with the way she treated the people who were waiting.
My family and I have been seeing Dr. Dharmine for almost 10 + years now, and I have always found her really helpful. She takes her time with her patients and makes sure all your questions are answered clearly. Dr. Dharmine Ehamparam , I must personally give credit, too. She is very professional. It is abundantly apparent how much she cares about her patients. She ensures you are heard and understand what is being done. She accommodates me, as I am hard of hearing, so wearing a mask is a huge challenge as I rely heavily on lip reading, I was at ease with Dr. Dharmine, she managed to communicate with me effectively ,very understanding, and explain things to you, very kind, patience, and showed compassion. She did an excellent job, and I feel very safe that my vision health is taken care of as her patient. She won my heart with just that gesture alone by accomodating me. Not all health care providers are accommodating, but with Dr. Dhamine and her staff Anusha, Bhanu, Michelle, they are very welcoming , answer questions, respond promptly to emails, and are professional and understanding. I will highly recommend Dr. Dharmine Ehamparam, anytime, ask for her when making your appointment. Trust me, you are in good hands.????

She is knowledgeable and always takes time to answer questions or listen to concerns. She goes out of her way to find out about new eye wear options. Not only is Dr Dharmini professional and extremely knowledgeable, she makes sure to treat her patients as family! I had a routine eye exam done and she took her time to explain and walk me through all the details of my results. Her staff is amazing as they made booking a breeze! Beautiful office with many COVID - 19 safety measures to keep patients and staff safe. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. My optometrist, Dr. Priya, was great! She took her time to walk me through the examination and paitently answered all my questions. It was my first time visiting the clinic and I couldnt be more happy.
