Had a very unpleasant experience with “sonu” and walked out of the store in disgust without buying anything – which I was about to do. He was trying to upsell (and that is not the issue as sales folks do that routinely) and when I asked him to explain the rationale behind his point-of-view (i.e. ‘push’), he became very annoyed and snapped with a “do you understand English?” Wow, this was a first timer for me, me who is and has been, a senior professional in Corporate Canada for nearly 45 years! Clearly this man needs to be taught good manners and equally importantly, polite ENGLISH – both which are imperative for good customer service!
My experience at this store has been nothing but excellent. Sonu, the store manager, was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He knows his product and helped me pick colours and finishes that worked for me. Service like this is very rare these days. Would gladly recommend this store to anyone looking for great service and a great product!

Very nice staff i came only once a few months to do some touch up the gentlemen was a good man helping me and very patient. The gentlemen was helping an student from high school work behind the desk which was awesome to see will come again.
