The staff were great, really helpful with choosing colours the only issue was we didnt get to see the colours after they were mixed, the cans were sealed immediately after being tinted and mixed. As far as the paint quality goes, it is terrible. We picked some pretty dark colours to cover over an off white staging colour.. slate black and forest/ emerald green. We have had to do several coats to get an even coverage, for the price point of the paints $74.99 per gallon, its comparable to the cheapest behr paint lines... i myself am a contractor and this is my first real experience the benjamin Moore in close to a decade and will lost likely be my last... over $500.00 in paints and a huge waste of time. Save yourself the headache as tinted paints are non refundable according to the receipt. Go behr...
Ravi was very helpful and knowledgeable on both paints and how to fix and repair stain damage on our wooden coffee table. Definitely coming back to him for any future paint and stain I need.
Best paint store.. Raj and Alphons are very approachable and knowledgeable about paints.. Alphons even teach me how to apply stain whenever there is a new product.. keep up the good work...
The owner don't care about customers. Went to him to ask a question. He stayed at his seat on the phone, looked at me and went back to his call. Didn't acknowledged me. Should at least two me to wait while he's on the phone. I walked right out.
Amazing service even through the pandemic. They go out of their way to help customers and make sure you are satisfied. The color on a stain I ordered didn't turn out quite how I liked. (I didn't go with the stores recommendation so it was my fault). They were happy to work with me to fix it without making me feel bad for my error. Side note: my car battery died while waiting. The gentleman helping me actually came out and pulled his vehicle up to mine so I could boost mine. This was way above and beyond and truly shows the kind of people running this store.
We came here to match the stain color of existing hardwood floors to use in the new stairs we were installing. The staff person who helped us was very professional and knowledgeable about paints and particularly stains. He was able to match it very closely within minutes. Highly recommended.
What can I say, This location has very knowledgable personnel for paints and particularily stains. You really cant go wrong with Benjamin Moore products. I've been painting professionally for 35 years, I've tried them all and, for more than 1 reason, I will continue to use them.✌
