The staff at this place are just awesome, and the accomodations are phenomenal! We have left our cat Mysti here two times when we had to go visit family out west, and they take very good care of your cat. We will book Mysti again to her favourite hotel in Toronto!
We left our sweet fur-baby at MiHotel for about a week and we felt really good about it. We appreciate that they send us a video each day so we can really see how our cat is doing. The camera in his hotel with audio was wonderful. We used it every day and could see our ?respond to our voices. We will be back and highly recommended this place. ?
Mihotel was incredible. Fair prices and friendly staff. Our cat was well taken care of and we received daily videos of her activities. You will not be disappointed leaving your cat here. I will definitely be back when I take my next vacation.
We were nervous leaving our 5-month-old kitten, Asya, but MiHotel made it worry-free! The girls truly love animals, played with her daily, fed her carefully with gloves, and kept everything spotless. Their care and attention gave us peace of mind. Big thanks from our family and Asya! ❤️
Flossy and Gina spent 9 days at MiHotel while I was away visiting family in Ottawa. The facilities are great, and the staff are attentive and caring. I appreciated the daily photos/video reports, and the 24hr Live Feed cameras made it easy for me to check in on them whenever I wanted. Saw the 5 stars and decided to try this cat hotel. It’s a new facility that opened in September. All rooms and equipments are very new and clean. Allen communicates and explains well on the phone, he has a soft spot for animals. My cat stayed there for 4 nights and she was fed well and treated well. Will come here again!
I was always on the lookout for a reliable cat boarding place in Scarborough to avoid the hour-long drive to my usual spot. I decided to give this place a try, and I was pleasantly surprised by how great they are. The staff are not only professional but genuinely love and care for my pet. I had an emergency and needed to leave town for two days. I called them just 30 minutes before they closed, and they kindly waited for me, making sure my cat was settled into a spacious room. They went above and beyond by helping me set up the 24-hour camera, and even taught me how to monitor my cat using the PETKIT feeder and litter box, I can’t believe everything is automatic??. I couldn’t be happier with the experience and feel much safer knowing they are close to home. I would definitely recommend them to all my friends!
