We left our dog here for the first time while traveling to Toronto, and overall we had a great experience. The staff were very organized and helpful — they explained everything clearly over the phone, and the online process was quick and easy. We liked that they have an assessment day for new dogs to make sure they feel comfortable. Our dog came back happy and relaxed, which made us feel confident about the place. The only downside is that you can’t go inside to see where the dogs stay. From what we could see, it looked clean and well-maintained, but it would be nice to take a quick look inside. Overall, we were very happy and would definitely bring our dog here again.
Couldn't have been happier with Rosewood who came highly recommended by two friends. From the moment we dropped off our dog, we knew we were in good hands with Sandy and her team. The grounds are large and well maintained and staff are wonderful. This was our first experience with boarding (2 weeks) our first family dog. It was such a relief to receive up update while we were away knowing that he was very happy and doing well! Thank you guys for looking after our sweet boy!
Best private dog park! Have been using it for almost a year, never disappointed. Curious to try to daycare as well, but he is super happy with his current place. Maybe in the future :)
Maya has been coming to this daycare for more than 8 years. She LOVES it here!!!! The attention she receives is phenomenal along with the exercise. Sandy and her team..they're not just a daycare, they are family to us. They treat our Maya as if she was one of their own. Truly grateful!
I love Rosewood! The staff are incredible and so friendly. My dog Riot loves it there and always has a great time! Knowing my dog is in great and trusting hands always make a trip away from him or even a day away from him a much smoother process.
Their off leash area is a great value. You get a chance to let your dog(s) play freely without any concern / distraction that you typically find at a public off leash area.
We first got to visit the resort when we were finding a private dog park where we can play with our dogs exclusively. They have this 1 acre lot where our dogs really enjoyed. We came to know that they also offer daycare and boarding services. We’ve already tried both and our dogs (small and big) love it ❤️
