Very disappointed & displeased with the service I received Thursday March 13th the Goomer named Valeria had told us that she was “fatigued” & wouldn’t be able to groom my Shih Tzu. we confirmed the appointment yesterday with Pet Value she was quite rude & questioned us when we said we left work early to make the appointment. I called the store afterwards to talk with the manager on duty Matthew. He was helpful at first & said he would give us a $30 discount to come for an appointment on Sunday. Once being passed the phone to the groomer (Valeria) I wanted to confirm that we would be given a discount & she was not willing to give us a discount & cut me off & spoke over me when I told her how unprofessional she’s been. She then hung up the phone on me. I then told the manager Matthew I do not want Valeria to groom my dog & I would be leaving this review he than said “you need to contain yourself” As she was quite rude with us & i will not be returning as this was a huge inconvenience & we are very displeased & disappointed with the service today.
Nice pet shop. Our new puppy enjoys a visit here. We bought him his new leash and treats. Lots of selection here.. toys, accessories etc. Price is ok. Staff are friendly. There is always vacant parking. Lots of different stores in the area.
Absolutely the best pet store around. The staff make you feel like you are family and the prices are reasonable. Beautiful Betta fish are usually available at this location too.
Great store to shop at. Always very clean, tidy and easy to find what you are looking for. The lady that was working during the day was so nice and extremely knowledgable.
Have been shopping here for 12 years now and am never disappointed! Staff always greets you with a hello and a smile. Only downside is missing Damien strolling across the counter to greet you as well
I've been picking up pet food, toys, and other supplies here since I moved to Cliffside in 2011. Staff are always helpful and courteous. If I need something that's not in store, they will get it for me.
Had a pet food haul today! Picked up everything at this store and more for our senior car ciddian. Easy to park and no line ups during covid stuff. Friendly staff and always appreciate the friendly store cat. Very clean and faced shelves.
