My favourite place to go. The employees feel like family at this point they go above and beyond for their customers and truly love your pets like their own. They are always so insightful, caring, knowledgeable and kind. I love all the staff here they are amazing people and true animal lovers. You always feel at home when you come here. ❤️ thank you and def the best pet store there is! We also appreciate and love going to all of their giveback events, we go every Christmas, Halloween, etc. here is my dog King who is so loved and cared for by the staff. Always there for me with the best suggestions and solutions! Couldn’t ask for better.
I can’t say enough good things about Global Pet Foods! The staff here are hands down the friendliest, most knowledgeable, and genuinely caring people ever. I’ve been coming to this store for years, and I only get my dog’s food and supplies from here. They even know my dog by name. We’ve been coming since he was a puppy! Honestly, he drags me across the street just to get here, it's his favourite store. The team isn’t just amazing with pets, they also care deeply about the community. They supported our Charity Trivia Night to help raise money for KidSport Ontario, showing how much they genuinely want to make a difference. If you want a store where the staff truly care about your pets and your community, this is it. They are all incredible. Thank you!!!
Well stocked store, very clean, and organized. Always friendly staff and a great place to get all your pet supply needs. We go out of our way to shop at this Global Pet Foods despite all the other locations around Scarborough.
I came here on Friday needing some things for my new puppy. The staff are incredibly nice and helpful. They offered suggestions on products, all of which have been a hit for me to use or products my puppy really enjoys (toys, treats). The store is clean with great selections on pet food, toys, gear, and everything else in-between. Really happy I came in for a visit - I will be shopping here frequently.
I ordered in advance for a curbside pick up, and when I went in to grab my order the girls working there were both super polite and friendly. Very short experience but a great one nonetheless!
Anusa was so helpful and kind. She went above and beyond to make sure I got everything I needed for my dog and cats. Her hard work and great customer service should be recognized!
