I had the most horrible experience in this store I’ve eve4 had. Even though I travel far to go to this store I always was very happy there. There was a very kind man there before. The girls working there are another story. (There was one nice one though before). Anyway my cat died a few months ago, I went in there to see if there were any cats for adoption. There is one Chumera. I’ve seen he4 a few times now.Shes a very sweet tortie 2 years old. I’ve been communicating with Cora a fe2 times,have gone in,sat on the floor to talk to the little cat. I signed up with Ava cat rescue and have be3n awaiting their decision. Anyway today I went in.Cora was there. I patted the cat while Cora sat in front of the cage. Chimera was happy,came to me through the cage…She’s getting to know me. I noticed her right eye seems infected.lits weepy and I noticed it was only half open part of the time. I pointed it out to Cora but she argued,said it’s just ‘gunk’. She wiped it with a wipe. I noticed the same symptoms a couple hours later when I went back. She said she’d reported it to Ava. When I returned there was another girl starting her shift,a very ought girl named Shar. They were laughing about me when I went in. I have very good hearing, Shar was very rude.She told me Cora told her I was a bother to the staff.The only staff there was Cora. I don’t think that Shar should be dealing with people,not too sure about Cora either though she is quieter . I asked Cora why she did that and she first didn’t admit it,later she apologized to me. I told her this isn’t how to treat a king time customer and that I’d report the incident.I really want to adopt this little cat as mine passed away,was very sick. I don’t know what to do,don’t know what Cora said to Ava…Please help me. Merle
The shop attendant was really helpful in so many ways. I forget his name, but I can't thank him enough for helping me with my dogs health issues. Very knowledgeable and helpful.
LOVED this location. Spent a fair amount of time looking around because there are so many neat things. It's very well organized , clean , and the staff was super nice & helpful. The cute little store pets are so cute , and very friendly ?. I love that they also help with rescues and to re-home . Even though it's a bit out of our way , I will definitely make the trip to go to this location.
Absolutely fantastic staff and well stocked, was so glad to pop in randomly while running errands, this would be our main store if it was closer to home!
I would like to thank you Lori for the BEST Service, Lori always helpful, polite and pleasant person She is an amazing lady. She always has a smile on her face and is always happy. It shows that employees are happy working at their jobs when they treat customers with care. I don’t live close to the store but I don’t mind go there for my shopping because of someone like Lori.
