Picked up some cat treats there, and the cashier was super friendly! There was an adorable cat waiting for adoption. Donations are accepted too, and you can choose to donate cans to help support the cat while he waits for a shelter.

Such great customer service!! Always greeted, always given good advice. One of the staff members tonight gave me some samples of cat food because I feed our neighborhood stray all the time. He was very sweet and even showed me a picture of his cat. If you guys have an Instagram I'd love to tag you in a post because he also gave my cat some sample treats. Thank you guys!!

Although I have had good experiences in general at different Pet Values, this location did not have the dog food I use in stock and they offered no suggestions for support. Didn’t check the back or offer to order it or even confirm whether it was an item they normally stock. I was disappointed.
