Pet Valu is where I get my cat's nails clipped regularly and Trish is very friendly with him and professional. I also buy his cans of wetfood there and all the staff are very courteous and efficient. I feel blessed to have found this place.
I come into this location a lot and today I was very unsatisfied. I asked One of the three ladies that were working on the floor a question about What kind of soft bone I could give my senior dog. Very awkwardly, one of the ladies came towards me, telling me about a product which I thought was going to show me the product and explain it to me. But she did not, And walked right by me, making me have to figure It out by myself. I then went and found a no hide bone on the shelf and once again asked, do you think this would be good for my senior dog? They once again said nothing or did anything to help me. When I first went in there, none of them had proper clothing on that made me think they worked there. Why are they in gothic clothing No one asked me if I needed help and I felt very uncomfortable.
For a smaller location they have great selection and helpfull staff, (esp Jerick) who aways help me find what I'm looking for be treats, toys or a very specific collar.
I love going here for things I need for my bunny boy. Trish is an amazing, warm and compassionate woman. Very knowledgeable on what a pet need. So far she is always right. She trims bunny boy’s nails then spend some time with him. He loves her and so do I.
Love this location. Staff are extremely knowledgeable, caring, and helpful. The lady who works there was able to resolve my puppy's stomach issues with her recommendations, and explained what I should look for in kibble or other food products.
Use to be my family's go to pet store for all our pet needs however during our last visit we wanted to exchange an unopened product that the owner himself sold to us. When returning it he was not at the store and the poor Employee’s which were great had to call and ask permission despite the company return policy being on the back of the receipt. after two calls to the owner and having to speak to him ourselves we will no longer support this location. We look forward to sharing our instore experience caused by the store owner/Manager at the local dog parks. Your much better off finding a location store which you can become a regular at and valued customer instead of being a mistreated customer. We will no longer support this location
Just awesome staff here, everytime. They're very helpful and go out of their way to make sure that your furbabies are fed well and that they're happy, and that makes me very happy too. They have a great selection of pet products and food, supplements etc. Also, it's kept very clean. And it's locally owned! What a bonus!
