I had the best experience here with Deep today. Truly the greatest customer service. Came to get a case and left with a whole new phone. Very fast and efficient service and beyond helpful. 5 stars all the way!!!
Wish I could put 0. The guy will make you buy without making sure about the quality of the product. When came back to return will just apologize and stand. Wasted my $15 for a worthless headphone that were broken on the same day after we bought. Wish I could put 0. Better go to Dollarama for $2 and get better quality and service than this one. Since at least they give you receipt but he will not.
These guys are the best of the best. Came here and he takes such good care of you. He gave me such a good deal and replaced all the defects right away when he put in a tempered glass screen protector. Such an honest guy and will honor requests. Best experience ever
Recently bought an brand new iphone Xs max at very competitive rate on top the employee Irfan gave me a free tempered glass and a case to go along with the phone. They also transfered data from my old iphone to new one free of charge. Highly recommended place to buy phones outright in Scarborough.
Worst customer service of my life. The old guy is ok. But the young guy with beard is very very rude and disrespectful. He makes fun of his customers rather than standing up to his employee’s mistake. He was trying to cheat me saying the headphones weren’t fake. Never recommend this place. He discriminates his customers. If its a lady he try to fool you to pay more.. very bad service
Do not go here. They said they fixed my phone, when I literally saw the people work here and laugh at each other and said nothing is wrong outloud. I confronted them about it and they charged me $45 for basically putting the battery in and out. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
if you are trying to get any repairs done here don't. friend took his iphone here that had a cracked screen to get it replaced. They said come back in 30 mins then they went upstairs and got a different phone one that was icloud locked, so it was stolen. when they gave it back they lied saying that it was his phone even though it was locked to another email that wasn't his. So they ended up taking the one that was working fine and gave him the stolen one that was locked to icloud. this is a very sketch place try your best not to go here.
