I have read a negative review or two about this business, but I must say they really contradict my good experiences here. The man was very helpful twice when I came in with problems with my phone. Both times he assessed and fixed a simple issue and would not accept payment. I had been ready for buying a new battery or paying for a thorough cleaning but at this business they are honest and helpful and will not do unnecessary work. Thank you so much QuikFixx!!
I have an incredible experience with an excellent repair service for my daughter's phone. The staff are very knowledgeable, understand issues and fix them. I came to pick up my package as well as ship an item to my family. The process was quick I come back here all the time now to do my shipping and parcel pick ups now.
Do not give him your phone to fix. When I gave him my phone to fix the screen, he didn't fix my screen properly. After two months my screen didn't work and I talked to him and he said let me check, after a couple of days he accuse me of dropping the phone,I told him I didn't drop the phone and he said I check with my computer and it showed me that your drop the phone again and wanted me to pay again to fix it. ITS A SCAM
My phone was not charging and I suspected it might have been the charger that was the issue. Found this place on google and I figured I’d drop by. Upon explaining to them the issue, the main guy that fixes phones there told me that my phone needs cleaning by taking one look at it and it would be a $25 charge. I told him I don’t believe that’s the issue because the charger fits flush into the port. I’ve had my port cleaned a few times because of excess lint build up so I knew from the get go that was not the issue. I even took a look at the port itself and it did not look as though there was anything hindering the connection. I asked for a charger to check to see if that was the issue. The guy told me he fixes phones for a living so he knows by just looking at it that it needs cleaning and a charger won’t fix the issue. He finally gave me a charger to test out the port and the phone charged just fine. The charger was the issue after all. I will not be going back here for sure due to the pushy sales tactics and the lack of professionalism the way I was dealt with . If a charger is all you need, drop by. But if you need service to your phone I would not recommend here.
