Under Deepa Fartode's (PT) guidance I was able to do effective workouts. Vanita Bali (DC) helped with Chiro adjustments & (RMT) Lan Zhen supported with massaging sessions. They were progressing each steps based on my feedback & pain levels. I had great experience and would highly recommend the service to anyone seeking an opinion.

I went to body works Physio because I have been suffering from muscle, knee and back pain for a while. The staff there are very friendly, patient, understanding and knowledgeable. Since I started I have done physio, chiro and massage therapy and now my pains have decreased. I would highly recommend.

Dr. Vanita Bali is an excellent chiropractor! She is very knowledgeable and precise with her adjustments. After my session, I felt a noticeable difference, my upper back felt looser and much more relaxed. Scam alert. This facility charges you're health care provider for unspecified services. I have reported them to the Collage of Chiropractors of Ontario. Pending a further investigation I'm sure they will receive an audit or imminent closure. Find health care elsewhere.
