Roma is great physiotherapist who helped me to slacken down my keen pain which was very bad while twisting my leg. Now after 5 sessions i feel better so definitely recommended. Similarly, Chiropractor Ben is fabulous who helped me with my cramps and knee pain as well as my lower back pain. He is very professional and mingled Chiropractor. I recommend to visit them to fix your pain.
Came to health max due to neck, shoulder and back pain. Worked with the awesome team of physio Roma, Dr Ben (chiro) and PT assistant Lyka. The team was excellent and helped me to get better. After a few treatments my pain has improved greatly. They are all very personable, kind and professional. Thanks so much ❤️ ?

1.They say they gonna charge with my insurance, and when you finish your session they turn around and say you have to pay ,we have this issue and that issue. 2. Once you pay it, they don't even processs your claim for the week, everytime you call them , they be like we have portal issue, we couldn't do that because our service down , we didn't get authentication, some way or another way they just lie around and make excuses.we have to call 2-3 timeas and ask for invoice to do the claim ourselves. 3.my wife had shoulder & backpain due to siting job posture and things, but chiropractor (Ben) didn't even treat her back.just focused on shoulder, after finishing the session he didn't even bother to tell what exercises are needs to be done on everyday basis. For the whole time of 1 hour session He just talk random things (not related to injury)but didn't care to ask patient why this happening, what it is causing it, he just did barely 15-20 min treating the patient, tother was electrotherapy for 10 mins, also didn't even mention what are after effects of electrotherapy, sometime its pain due to muscle reflexis. Pease avoid this location, don't go.
Unfortunately i went to this clinic for the chiropractic consultation and discussed about the issue for 10mins with Abirami Shanmugaratnam. Ideally chiropractor should treat the pain instead some other women came and is treating by back pain. seems like she is in rush and iam 100% sure she dont even know what she is treating for! Pain is on the right side lower back and she is rubbing very fast and hard on the left side and I am so scared. Definitely if i continue visiting this place I will endup with someother issue. Very disappointed and bad experience. Not even worth of giving 1 star. Simply making money by hiring such unprofessional women. They should be well trained first or else patients end up with serious chronic issues. Management should consider this very seriously.
GREAT massage services by Queenie. HORRIBLE front desk communication. If you’re going for a massage here, make sure to ask what you need to bring, because they won’t tell you any information over the phone and just surprise you when you visit. Also Front desk girl will always say she’ll follow up and call back at a certain time, and NEVER does. Front desk needs to work on communication. I loved the massage services but won’t be coming back due to the frustrating communication.
