Taruna and her team are really good at what they do. I first came in with a lot of knee pain and the inability to squat deep or walk long distances (I work on concrete weekdays and on my feet on my weekend job for the whole day). Taruna recommended I get custom orthotics ASAP, and they made sure revisions were done to suit my needs specifically (Had to send in the first orthotics for adjustments). From around June to now, I am able to walk 10k plus steps with little to no pain. I can now resume my previous physical activities and deep squat without pain once again. Still an ongoing process for me to maintain physical conditioning for my legs, but I am very close to how I felt before all these complications. Currently, I am undergoing treatment to fix left shoulder blade issues I've developed, and I am certain I will be back to normal functionally with their care and advice.
