We came across Eshan through a Google search and it was truly a blessing. My grandmother had a huge callus on the bottom of her foot which was making it hard to walk and causing her pain. He saw us within a couple of days after explaining the situation. Immediately he got to work on her feet, removing the callus and relieving her pain so efficiently. He is also incredibly patient as my grandmother has dementia. We have now been coming to see him for the last 2 years and have referred others as well. The kindness and compassion that Eshan shows each and every patient cannot be found anywhere else.
I went to Tabrizi for a persistent pain in my foot. On my first visit itself he conducted a thorough assessment and pointed the cause to be over-usage of my foot while playing soccer. His assessment and diagnosis was professional and thorough. He advised a pair of orthotics which I used for about 6 weeks, and noticed a substantial reduction in my pain! Being an outdoors person I am very thankful to Tabrizi for helping me get back on my feet! I would highly recommend Steady Gait.
I was booking an appointment with Ehsan-the chiropodist 2 days ago and discussed with him about my foot issues and my insurance coverage. He agreed to provide me the service I need and as advertising on his website for custom modifications shoes but after I paid him for $90 for the initial assessment he turn his back and said he could not do the custom modified orthopaedic shoes as he can't make the invoice for me to claim with my insurance? If not then he should have mentioned that at the beginning at our conversation. It's wasting my time and money to go to his clinic paying for the initial visit of $90 as I get nothing from him at the end. Ehsan if he thinks he could not do the shoes modifications and proper paperwork then should not set up appointments and charge his clients but should say that upfront. I recommend clients not to trust much what it says from his website and his unproper and unprofessional way dealing with clients.
This place is just amazing. Such great service! And so knowledgeable and patient! Both in finding a solution to my issue and getting the insurance paper work going. I would definitely recommend Steady Gait (and have!) to anyone looking for a foot specialist!
