I was being treated for Onychomycosis in my toe nails and they did an amazing job. The staff were genuinely friendly. Would highly recommend using their services.
Rushed to get to my 1215pm appointment in a snow storm, sat in the room until 1230pm, not 1 person came in to even say hi, they don't value the clients time. I could have arrived at 1230pm if that was the case, got tired of waiting, who knows how much more of my time they were going to waste until they decide to come into the room. Didn't want to wait anymore. I don't recommend this place. If their appointments run late, they should have told me instead making me wait and wonder. Keeping on schedule makes all the difference. After waiting 15 minutes Past my appointment time with no contact, I had enough. If they came into my room and advised me "we are running late, we will be with you shortly", I would have been completely fine with it, but instead I felt that they just really didn't care, and they will see me when they see me attitude.
I’m glad I found this clinic two years ago where I had my orthotics made and ordered compression stockings. Today, I came back for another pair of orthotics, and Jessamine was very knowledgeable and helpful. I’ll be returning to complete my treatment for my toes. Highly recommended! 5 stars
I am going to simply say that I came in with a limp in my step and I left with a BIG leap of joy in my step. Jaanaany was the person who attended to my condition which was a corn at the bottom of my right feet. She carefully explained how the procedure was going to be conducted and that it wasn't going to be painful in its removal. In short, I highly recommend their services.
I had a great experience when I visited the foot clinic at "Step Right Scarborough", Ellesmere 1920, where I noticed they had effective treatments and preventative measures for different conditions even related to the leg problems too. The staff and specialists were very polite, full of patience and very competent. They were so kind and ready to answer any questions addressed to them during the procedures they were accomplishing. I am so happy to have found this clinic with such competent specialists, and I wish I had found them earlier. 26/04/2025
I had been in pain for my left foot discomfort to walk, especially after sitting for long or wake up in the morning. I could not stand or walk good. My previous podiatrist could not help me either despite I complaint to him about his insole that causing pain. He suggested that I should consider getting steroid needle for my pain. I was very much shocked and upset to his recommendation. I started to google around and found this step right foot clinic. I read about the reviews and I waited this new year 2024 new insurance claim to try this clinic. TO my great relief and surprise the team in this clinic Is very efficient good customer service. Dr Steve is very patient, thorough, honest kind and recommended me to get shock wave therapy and roll ball under my feet few times a day, moreover the new insole he made very good result just worn on my new shoes and my feet felling better and not much pain. I hope the full pain will go away as he told me. He told me over time with this new insole . God bless this whole team receptionist and all Doctors chiropodist and Steve S.
Really good place if you're experiencing any kind of foot pain. They'll put you on a plan of action right away. After having over year of foot pain it's finally gone after about 5 treatments. Highly recommend.
