Waited over 10 minutes. Employees were too busy on the phone. Had to call out a few times before someone even acknowledged that a customer is waiting. Not good at all.
I arrived at 9:45 it says they don’t close until 10:30. Some skinny brown girl gave me attitude for coming in and trying to order food. Y’all work minimum wage jobs! Do your job and take orders.
Friendly staff, organized when receving and filling order from person app or pick up or delivery. Clean environment. Simple order transaction process. Also honest of any changes to menu 0r supply and offer suggestions. Nice quiet dine in area with beautiful murals good for photo op background! And last but not least goood fooood!
I ordered through Uber and received burnt and cold food. We had been waiting for our food but the moment we received it was burnt we weren't able to eat that despite the fact we were hungry.
Moldy bun still served to me!!! This was my 6 year olds sons burger, clearly this is gross negligence on the establishment. I did speak to the supervisor on the day of the incident who tried to downplay my request for them to check their stock. A manager did try to contact me however I did not wish to hear .ore excuses from the location so I have also spoke to the area manager today. Who did their best to resolve the situation. I would still like to publicly share my experience again as the location is obviously trying to be deceptive to the area manager by down playing or misrepresenting their side of the story to him. I personally will continue to advise everyone I know to avoid here at all costs. Thankfully my son was alright.
This Harvey's is a pretty great location. The staff and friendly & the service is fast. They also have some good COVID19 precautions set in place to ensure social distancing. I usually love getting the Buffalo Chicken Sandwich from Harvey's and today was no exception. Something to note, is that since it's a shared space with Swiss Chalet, the Harvey's uses the same hand cut fries. ( which are usually better than the regular frozen ones ) One thing I did notice is that the Burger Buns have gotten a bit smaller over the last couple of years. Especially for the Veggie Burger & the Lightlife Burger. It's a little frustrating to pay almost the same price as a meat Burger and receive a smaller burger.
No masks! The customers are all wearing masks but the two servers and one manager behind the counter are not. So while they're breathing on the uncovered buffet of lettuce, tomato and pickles, they're spreading their potential Covid-19 germs to all who eat their food. When I asked the server she said the masks didn't come yet. When I asked the manager he said they didn't get them yet. I'm not sure how that's possible because Shopper's Drug Mart has masks just down the road. I passed the Thrift Shop on my way to my car and guess what, they're handling clothing and they have masks, gloves and plastic protective gear on. How is that even okay for Harvey's staff to not wear masks?
