Great work at a fair price! Aaron and his team just replaced the peak roof on my Victorian rowhouse. There were several layers of shingles to remove. They did an excellent job, tidied everything up, and the new shingles look great. Aaron also did my flat roof over a decade ago and it is still going strong. He also came in the early days of the pandemic to do a repair on my old shingles when we had a leak. Always professional and polite. Highly recommended.
Downtown Roofing? Finest! A family business of a son and a father. Joe the father and his son Aaron and his team are one of the most nicest people you will ever meet for your roof. Not all shingles are created equal. Joe will explain to you the difference between a fine shingle and a low-budget single everything is put out and is very transparent. My family has used this whole team of jokes for over two decades now. My uncles use them my parents use them I use them everybody I know is very happy with her work down to earth you can speak to just ask for Joe or Aaron he will not be disappointed. Look no further and I can tell you you will be satisfied and you will actually be happy you called and you will recommend this to your family and friends as well. My family and my extended family is grateful to Joe and his son and his team that have done amazing jobs over the years you can't ask for better than that. In terms of price he will do the best he can without cutting any corners at all like other companies and big companies do. Call Joe or Aaron those are the people you want to trust for the best price in town. Just a note that they also used car membrane and other things that they put under the wood before they put the shingles on. This way your home is beautifully insulated and the roof is done right the first time. Trust me this team is the finest in the GTA in the best price as well.

Honest and great service! It's the second time we've hired them. First time they reshingled our main roof and this second time they reshingled the back attachment and redid our eaves. They even replaced a broken shingle I had (but didn't tell them about) and they resealed a bunch of old skylights we have. I asked them for advice on a few things too and they never oversold me or tried to push work I didn't want. They could have easily told me that I had to replace the matting on this small flat part of my roof but they checked it out and said it was still good. I trust these guys and would highly recommend them to anyone!
