I went to the location at 1920 ellesmere road and the old lady there was so rude. She has no manner and her customer service was so bad. I had two packages and I pointed out that she switched the labels and she started attacking me and accusing me that I wasn’t paying attention and I am blaming her. Even when I first came in I was talking to her and another customer came, she ignored me and started serving the other customer. If you don’t wanna work there just quit. You guys need to hire people that are more professional. I want to add that her name is suzan I hope you guys take an action. UPS you should contact me and if not I will do myself
Best UPS store I've ever been to. Very knowledgeable and always so friendly and helpful. Make shipping easy and so fast and reliable too. Definitely recommend for shipping from this location.
The older lady working here was extremely rude and unprofessional. When I pointed out that the proper shipping procedures weren’t being followed, she actually told me to “shut up.” Completely unacceptable behavior and not the kind of customer service anyone should experience.
Horrible service. I showed up half an hour before close time looking to ship a package and she said she didn't have time because all the people waiting in line behind be...Such a joke. I was ahead of them in line and waited I dont understand why they are more important than me. I'm never using your services again
This old lady works the front counter who took literally 32 mins to help someone ship a package. She types with one finger and looks up at the monitor each time she presses a key to make sure she got the right letter of the alphabet. Due to this there was a line up of 11 people and the store closes in 20 mins. Needless to say, service at this place is majorly lacking.
The lady over the counter is the rudest person i was waiting since 1.5 hrs still didnt released my parcel. Worst service ever. I wish i could give not a single star
Worst courier services. Every time problem with their delivery and couriers no proper communication or no replies from calls on time. Worst ever. If I would have half star I have given it.
