Very nice team over there and location has lots of parking space tool.. I have come to return amazon parcel. Old man and his team are really helpful and make things quick and fast. Also help me to add sticker on top.
They consistently lack accurate information. I can’t understand how major companies like FedEx and Amazon entrusted their brand to this person as an authorized agent.
If I could give 0 stars I would. Someone warned me not to go here for Passport photos and I should have listened. The man taking the photos (I think he's the owner) is extremely rude. He seemed racist and made passive comments about hair and makeup, he even yelled at me which was so unprofessional. I did not want to continue and I asked if he could delete my photos from his camera and he said no. He said he was not able to delete which was a lie - so creepy and weird! Only nice person was the girl who worked there who spoke to me like a human being and ended up deleting the photos. Not a place I would recommend!!!!!!

This review is just for a Purolator drop off in case some one is wondering. It went well I dropped off my packages they scanned them and then they printed me a receipt. Within a couple hours the official purolator tracking started updating. I felt like they are set up perfectly to receive packages. I used a proper 6x4 labels (Not a print out) and they were able to scan it on first try.
Rose provided me with outstanding customer service. She was so caring and attentive in helping me with my Amazon return order. She is a credit to both Photofast and her customers. The owner is very honest and very caring!
Instead of following my instruction, that knuckle head made me pay double for the service i didnt ask. At last i got rejection from the IRCC for the poor picture quality and improper background set up. I asked for refund and he just gave me half refund. So I over paid and i got nothing but rejection. Please dont go here for the passport photo service.
