Took a coat to have a zipper put in. Went back multiple times never ready. I gave up Took my coat back . I guess I wasn't a priority to him or he was to busy. He lost my business and it's to bad he's close for me and people have said he does good work. Wish I could have got my coat fixed to find out. Ron Chard
Lacks professionalism when it comes to time management. I was given a 4 day timeline for alterations on a suit pant - ended up making me wait longer and doesn’t communicate properly. They bite more they can chew - meaning, they are eager for your business but cannot meet basic customer service standards. They played the victim card of not having additional resources/help to meet business/customer needs.
Very horrible service. Does not stitch or amends pants properly and is more focused on the money and refuses to do a good job. While I was there, other customers complained and I hope people I know never get to go to this place for anything as he is bad at this job.
I got a wool jacket to get Dry Cleaned: my garment came back with clear signs of being put in the wash and tumbled in the dryer. My jacket is now 3 times smaller and discoloured. Unfortunately, there was no resolution to this mistake and my jacket is beyond repair.
This man is a crook. Charged $56! to stitch two pockets onto two pants. I warned my mother against that place but she never listened to me and continues going there, now she was given a surprise when he told her the cost. She didn’t even bother to ask the crook how much before he started because she was so confident he wouldn’t ripped her off. The worst thing is the crook did such a terrible job with the pockets. I had to call him to tell him there are terribly done. He agreed to fix only one of the pants and still my mother had to picked out the threading for that pocket for him to restitched it. Hopefully she listens to me now about that crook and go somewhere else like I’ve been telling her. So many decent places around with reasonable prices. SMH. That’s why some of these crooks businesses will not prosper and will remain stagnant.
The shop always owner asks customers to pay in debit instead of credit(although you can still pay in debit if you insist), and I’m just curious as to why.
I used to frequent this cleaner as it was walking distance from my home but after repeatedly late orders for both drycleaning and tailoring. Out of frustration I've had to look elsewhere for dry cleaning and alterations. While the owners are nice people they are woefully unorganised and were unwilling to compromise and give me a discount on my service after my sports coat was a week late.
