They did a great job changing the zipper on my leather jacket. Works perfectly, seams look great and the colour of the zipper matches the other zippers on the jacket.

I had a wonderful experience with Rema and I couldn't be more pleased with the results of my dress alteration. Initially, I was hesitant and anxious about getting my dress altered—concerns about it being ruined, lost, or not being ready in time flooded my mind. However, Rema completely alleviated those worries with her professionalism and expertise. I brought my dress to Rema on January 6th, asking for the length to be shortened and the slit adjusted. She agreed that these changes were needed, but also suggested some adjustments to the straps that I hadn't initially considered. The pricing was much more affordable than I expected, and she promised the dress would be ready by January 17th, perfectly in time for my friend's wedding the following weekend. When I returned to pick up my dress, I was amazed at how perfectly Rema had altered it. The hem was beautifully taken up, and the dress looked as though it had just come off the rack—flawless in every detail. Thank you, Rema, for such a positive and stress-free experience. Your talent and attention to detail are truly unmatched.
Got a couple of pants shortened and narrowed here. Rima is great to work with and will give you suggestions if she think it might ruin the pants. Not pushy at all and genuinely wants to make the customer happy.

I would give negative stars if I could. What a horrible experience! The lady who owns this place has absolutely 0 knowledge of what a switch actually is. She will fail to provide the service and threatens to call security if you don’t pay or if you argue. She doesn’t have anything to say and lives her life scamming people. I came with my friend who needed to get her pants shortened. They were aritzia pants first of all and second, the only thing she did was cut them and use double sided tape. What a rip off and complete waste of time and money. You’re better off doing it on your own because she is just as uneducated in this profession as you would be.
